How It All Began

Exposing our Justice System - The Whole Truth And Nothing But The Truth

My name is Stephanie Paulson, and I created this page to shed light on the injustices in our court system. This site is dedicated to telling the horrific real life tale of how the Saint Louis County Family Court system failed not only my family but also our future.

I am committed to fighting for my daughter's physical safety, emotional and mental health well being. I believe this fight against judicial corruption, legal malpractice, blatant discrimination directed at families of African American decent and continued disregard for the "best interest of the child" did not start with me or my family nor will it end with our family.

Together, we can raise awareness and advocate for the justice that all of our children deserve.

Our Story

On March 8th 2023, after la severe mental health break, my child was sent to SSM DePaul Healthcare Hospital for mental health evaluation. Although it was recommended that my child participate in a long term treatment program. Her father did not agree and instead conspired with a member of DePaul hospital staff to have my child illegally removed from my custody.

On March 17th 2023, the Saint Louis County Family Court system issued an illegal and unwarranted Temporary Order Of Protection changing my award of Sole legal and physical custody and granting custody to the father of my child (Geoffrey K. Susanj).

On March 28th 2023, while under complete and severe duress, I was instructed to sign a temporary consent order giving Mr. Susanj custody of our daughter. I was blatantly and publicly informed that If I did not sign this consent order that Judge Megan Julian would immediately issue a Full Order of Protection and that I would not see my child for a minimum of one year.

This was the beginning and the end for both me and my daughter.

Follow along as I take you through a period of almost 2 years of corruption, abuse and violation of my parental rights.
