On March 8th, 2023, my child did the unimaginable and unthinkable, without warning or merit, she physically attacked me in our home. During this attack I was physically assaulted and held hostage by my child at knife point for approximately 40 minutes.

Immediately following this event my child was sent to SSM DePaul Healthcare Hospital for mental health evaluation. Our daughter had recently disclosed 3 weeks prior to hospital staff at SSM DePaul Healthcare Hospital in St. Louis Missouri and myself, that she had gone over 2.5 month's without her prescribed antidepressant (Lexapro) while in her father's care.

I'd confirmed this statement by reviewing insurance claims for the prior 12 months and discovered that there had been no filled prescriptions for my daughter from October 2022 thru February 2023. I was concerned that this violent outburst of hers was due to medication in-compliance while in her father's care.

While it was recommended by the hospital and it's staff that my child participate in a long term treatment program, her father did not agree with medical professionals, and my daughter's only goal was to get out of the hospital.

As my child's sole legal and physical custodian parent, I advised the hospital that I did not believe it was safe or appropriate to release my child into her father's care and that I was working to get long care treatment and in-home service's setup.

While I worked with the hospital to try and secure residential treatment services for my daughter, her father was working with one particular staff member (Scout Swain) at the hospital to have our child illegally removed from my custody.

Ms Swain reached out to me on March 14th, 2023 to discuss the possibility of discharging my daughter. After advising the staff member of my concerns regarding my daughter's impending discharge, I was lead to believe that we would pursue long term treatment for my child by way of awaiting and Intake appointment that was to take place on March 15th, 2023. Hospital staff never notified me of any further plan to discharge my daughter beyond the March 14th 2023 call.

On March 16th, 2023, a report was made to MO Department of Social Services - Children's Division with an allegation of abuse/neglect/abandonment. A representative from the children's division came and met with my daughter and then notified me of the complaint on the evening of March 16.2023.

I worked CPS on March 16th, 2023 and again on the morning of March 17th, 2023 to formulate a plan for in-home treatment services to be provided to my child by the Children's Division beginning on the following Monday March 20th, 2023

​​On March 17th 2023, the Saint Louis County Circuit Court entered a Temporary Restraining Order without Notice, and did not set forth any specific facts supporting Mo Supreme Courts Rule 92.02(b)(1), changing my award of Sole legal and physical custody and granting custody to the father.

On March 28th 2023, while under severe duress from the preceding week's events, I was instructed to sign a temporary consent order giving Mr. Susanj custody of our daughter. I was blatantly and publicly informed that If I did not sign this consent order that Judge Megan Julian would immediately issue a Full Order of Protection and that I would not see my child for up to 2 years.

This was the beginning and the end for both me and my daughter.

On Oct 09 2024, Judge Megan Julian held a hearing on an emergency TRO request from opposing counsel (Cynthia Howlett) and the GAL (Robert Hamilton) without a court reporter or properly beginning the court hearing. refusing to hear or see any evidence on my be-half and entered an temporary order of protection restricting my freedom of speech as defined in the Missouri Constitution Article I.8 and also violating Mo Supreme Courts Rule 92.02(a)(1).
